Booster Club

● The Booster Club is the fundraising and support organization for the softball program. Its purpose is solely to help the athletes and the program.
● We have non-profit status, have af FEID and report financials to the school, state and IRS annually.
● Everything else the booster club does to support and communicate for the coaches is a courtesy so coaches can focus on coaching the players.
● The Booster Club does not have involvement with coaching decisions or any other form of softball oversight.
● Questions about players, teams, schedules, practices, camps, etc. are to be directed to the coaching staff, NOT members of the Booster Club.


● Booster Club Fee: $125 Early Registration (May 15th Deadline)

                                   $145 Late Registration (Any time after May 15th)

  • INCLUDES: 
    • Grandview Wolves Car Decal 
    • Softball yard Sign 
    • Recognition on the game roster 
    • Player is FREE at the Year-End banquet

  • You can write a check payable to Wolves Softball or pay through Venmo to @WolvesSoftball-BoosterClub)

  • In prior years, the Booster Club fee was $200 and at other schools it is $500-600. We have decreased the cost so that more people can show
    their support.

● Your fee – and all fundraising efforts – go back into the program.

  • Food for special events for players (Districts, State, tournaments, donuts for shut-outs)
  • Scholarship Fund for 2-3 Senior players to offset college tuition expenses
  • Senior Game/Charity Game (tshirts, flowers, decorations, banners etc)
  • Year-End Banquet (venue, meal, decorations, awards, coaches, video highlights etc.) 
  • Purchase/replace field equipment (cages, nets, balls, fences, mower/gator, chalk, screens, field drags, paint for sheds/dugouts, video system & sound system) 
  • Subsidize the cost of replacing player equipment including; helmets, jerseys, bat bags, visors, backpacks
